Refund Policy
Effective Date: 31/03/2025
1. Pre-recorded Courses

Full Refund: If requested within 15 days via email at support@projectnirvana.co

No Refunds: After 15 days.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval to your original payment source.
2. Cohort-Based Programs

No Refunds: Once classes begin.

In case of an emergency, the customer may transfer their enrollment to another cohort/retreat starting within 6 months from the day of payment. If there is a difference in amount, the balance payment will have to be paid.

This can only be done once and cannot be done again. The amount will not be refunded or be eligible to be assigned to another program.

Users failing to attend sessions will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
3. One-to-One Coaching

Monthly Packages: Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of the first session.

Quarterly Packages: Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided no more than one session has been attended.

No refunds will be granted after these periods.
4. In-Person Retreats

Deposits are non-refundable.

Full refunds (minus transaction fees) available if canceled 60 days before the retreat.

No refunds within 30 days of retreat start date.
-
Participants must sign a liability waiver before attending retreats.

If a retreat is canceled by Project Nirvana, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
