 2. Payments & Pricing

- All payments must be made in full before access to courses or services is granted.
- Prices are subject to change, and promotions are not retroactive.
- Project Nirvana is not responsible for any additional transaction fees imposed by financial institutions.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Subscription-based services will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

 4. Limitation of Liability

- Project Nirvana provides its services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Under no circumstances shall Project Nirvana’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the services within the past 12 months.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in our courses, coaching, or retreats.

 5. Indemnity

- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project Nirvana, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
- This includes but is not limited to claims from third parties related to your actions, misuse of our content, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

 6. Intellectual Property

- All content, including videos, text, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Project Nirvana.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Participants may use course materials solely for personal development purposes and may not repurpose or commercialize them.
- Any insights, methods, or frameworks developed during coaching remain the intellectual property of Project Nirvana.

 7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in Bangalore courts. Users outside India are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
