 1. Pr-recorded Courses

- Full Refund: If requested within 15 days via email at [support@projectnirvana.co](mailto:support@projectnirvana.co).
- No Refunds: After 15 days.
- Mental Health Exception: Users with severe mental health conditions (e.g., depression, schizophrenia, suicidal tendencies) may request a refund within 30 days.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

 2. Cohort-Based Programs

- Full Refund: If requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- No Refunds: Once classes begin.
- Users failing to attend sessions will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

 3. One-to-One Coaching

- Monthly Packages: Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of the first session.
- Quarterly Packages: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than one session has been attended.
- No Refunds will be granted after these periods.

 4. In-Person Retreats

- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Full refunds (minus transaction fees) available if canceled 60 days before the retreat.
- No refunds within 30 days of retreat start date.
- Participants must sign a liability waiver before attending retreats.
- If a retreat is canceled by Project Nirvana, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
